I assume CO= coconut oil? I use it in baking, but I don't like it plain. I should try making some CO candies- mix some flavors and stevia into softened or melted CO, stick in fridge and eat as candy. I'm staying away from chocolate for now, to see if it helps my fibromyalgia, but maybe I'll try it with some cinnamon.
In any case, I'm staying away from wheat and gluten right now, and I think my package of cocoa powder got contaminated when my daughters were making my son's birthday cake.
