So is that the equivilant of Kraft singles slices, or Black Diamond slices?? I don't think that here in BC we have blocks of processed cheese...I should say, I haven't seen any. Also, I thought that Velveeta was the same (as American cheese) Sounds like the same thing...Don't know, I'll stick to real cheese and skip the recipies that call for American cheese .
