Hi Trainerdan, do you ever use a chiropractor. I have recently started to go to one. He is a guy I met in the gym one day. He "aligns" the spine twisting me around in different ways and applying pressure. Do you see any benefit from using one. It loosens me up somewhat and according to him "puts me back in the game" - I didn't know I was out of it, I have no inujuries or pain anywhere. I was just curious. Your thoughts?
