Well, glad it continues on in another thread. I stumbled into the Hour Power #4 off of google and it has been so great being to chat with other people on CAD/CALP. Hope everyone else realizes and finds us here. Is is possible for the moderators to post the link from the end of #4 to this one here #5? Not everyone is savvy enough to search and figure it out on their own. Just a suggestion.
Patricia- I made the mashed cauliflower and it turned out pretty good. I boiled it awhile but I think next time I need to just a bit longer as it still had little bits that were soft but solid. Even Hubby thought it was pretty good and he is VERY picky! LOL
