I met up with a friend after many years and did not recognize her-- she had made full use of stomach stapling and a goal of riding her new horse..... I don't usually mention weight but did want to commend her work, as it is work, to meet her goals. SHe was able to rider her wonderful horse ....

But you can reminder that nurse of who you are.... and hand her a book to edify her.... and maybe she will support the next patient.
