Another thing--I don't necessarily think "comfort food" is a problem. If I feel a little better after eating a Hershey's bar, or some potato chips--I'm liable to keep binging, and the thing turns on itself. I'll enjoy some buttered pork rinds or a nice, warm soup made with heavy cream, or low carb ice cream made with just heavy cream, an egg yolk and flavouring just as much, but it won't trigger those binges.
