Default Cream Cheese Mushroom Pork Chops

3 Boneless pork loin chops (about 6oz each)
1 Tbsp oil
1/2 cup chicken broth
1/2 container sliced mushrooms
4 oz cream cheese, cubed
1/4 cup grated Parmesan
1 Tbsp lemon juice
1 Tbsp Vinegar (I used white wine, balsamic would be better)

Cook pork chops in oil until cooked through (internal temp 160). Remove chops from pan and keep warm.

Deglaze pan with chicken stock. Add mushrooms and cook until mushrooms are soft. Add in rest of ingredients and heat until blended and starting to bubble. Return pork chops to pan to warm.

Each chop with 1/3 of the sauce (myfitnesspal)
