I have also heard that height can be restored somewhat by stretching the spine (inversion tables). My husband has one for his spine issues. It helps him sometimes, but makes me too dizzy, not that I need it.
I love "What Not to Wear!" They show some really amazing transformations for women of all sizes. I need to find it. It's been a while.
