Oh, I thought you were talking about regular cream/milk.

What's the indication that the coconut milk has gone bad? I don't remember it going bad for me, but I don't refrigerate it all that often.

I tend to use about an oz of the creamer at a time. So if I have a couple of cups a day, that uses up a pretty good chunk of the creamer.
