So, I figured I'd do an update.

I restarted a clean induction on Monday and TOM stopped yesterday. Before I messed up I was around 278. Today I am 280.2. So my fudge up cost me a whole week. Next time I'm tempted to go off plan I will remember this and how frustrating and upsetting it is.
