Dairy, sausage, lots of fat and processed foods always make me stall or gain. I started losing weight then craved cream in my coffee and cheese and poof, the weight came back. I have a love affair with dairy and I need to take control of things and end it. Everybody is different and I agree with the poster who stated that you will find what works for you.
