kutaylor~drink lots of water. and you know what, whatever weight you are at on your wedding day, will be the weight your at. Your body will lose as fast or slowly as it wants. The only choice you can make is what you eat and how much you work out. just make sure your making good choices and get some exercise.
okay guys, i really wanted to stress eat about 30 minutes ago. my car is going to pep boys and they are going to find out what's wrong and let me know the damage tomorrow. ughh! I hate car problems. I didn't stress eat or maybe I did. I had salmon, avocado, and 10 almonds. I'm satsified and I don't want the pizza my roommate made. Please send good thoughts my way, I'm having a rough time emotionally lately. I just feel like I'm in a funk.....
