Now that my oven's finally working right, I'm going to try more of the oven-baked lc bread recipes I've collected. Turned out the manufacturer put the wrong manual in with the stove. Found out when I went looking for answers on the 'net & found some excellent YouTube lessons on adjusting for the change from natural gas to propane. The whole stove is working better now!
