Okay, so I wanted to mention that I did a "refeed" or blowoff meal tonight for dinner. I DID eat sensibly. Did not stuff myself or go nuts.
I had:
A few bites of my husband's Pad Thai.
A couple sips of Thai Iced Tea (pretty sweet, also has cream/milk)
Stirfry broccoli & chicken with about 1.5 cups of nonsticky white rice & peanut sauce.
It was all very delicious, but I *must* say that it felt like I was eating goop. I guess I haven't missed eating plate-fulls of stuff that turns to mush the second it meets your saliva.
I did a ketostick a couple of hours after this meal and it was still pink. I realize this could change by tomorrow... and yes I think I'm BRACED to see the scale go up when I wake tomorrow. But hell if this starts the losses again, I'm prepared for it!
