Fabton-thanks for the link. Believe me, I am not looking to be 'stick thin'... I just turned 53, am the mother of 4 grown children and do realize that I would look sickly at my wedding day weight of 111 lbs! LOL!
However, all of the charts and stats suggest that a woman of my stature (5'3.5") should be between 110 and 140 lbs. I think for me, 140 lbs would be about right. I have been stuck here at 155 lbs now for weeks (I had gone up to 159 while on Schwarzbein). I finally managed to get back to 155 doing Atkins Fat Fast and Fat Flush (Louise Gittleman). To answer your question-- I do not feel good at this weight and I also have a thyroid problem (Hashimoto's). My hair is coming out daily, I'm cold all of the time, my nails are peeling and I'm tired. I do exercise (started Bodyflex 2 weeks ago) but can do it only in the early a.m. as that is when I can muster the energy. I have lost some inches with this program but no lbs....
