although i must mention something important - i did not know how to update my profile, SO the weight i had listed was an ideal weight ..............which i am now very overweight

....i have NOW updated my profile to show a higher weight -

although ...not as high as i actually am, because my real weight is very high and it is embarrassing to me to have my real weight on here,

but with the help of the folks here, slowly but surely maybe that can change
