If it were me, I'd go into the emergency room with "terrible" pain (the anxiety you must be feeling is big enough, no?) and you can't place it but your abdomen keeps getting bigger... get a bunch of young docs wondering what the heck is going on... THIS IS AN EMERGENCY.
