I started out with the idea of doing Moderately low carbs as I was afraid to trust myself to not count, but for the last couple of days, I haven't counted carbs or calories. I really have been tired of counting anything and so far I'm doing great. I'm losing a little bit of weight (less than a lb) everyday since I slowly switched from counting to eat moderate carbs to not counting. My FBS is steadily coming down as well, so as long as this keeps working, I am no longer counting. Amazing how this has changed me. I no longer think of food all the time, because I'm not having try to figure things out with a calculator or MFP. I don't even feel like I'm on a diet and believe this way has a better chance of becoming a lifestyle that will last the rest of my life rather than a diet that I'm falling in and out of.
