I just make a chocolate mug muffin (using 1.5tbsp cocoa powder) and break up a square of dark chocolate and stuff it in the middle. For the icing, I mix a serving softened cream cheese with almond milk or milk (a couple tbsp) and a little sweetener and mix. |
