Thanks, very good article. I'm especially glad to see the emphasis on sugar with the Tokelauans, I've read some stuff in the past that made their changing diet story all about the mutton flaps. I sort of doubt that people who thrive on coconut and fish would do that badly if some of it is replaced with mutton flaps.
