The problem is that its actually very hard to follow a high-fat diet in civilization due to food availability and everything being low-fat, fat reduced, fat free etc etc.

Even some fools at my local farmers market were advertising sausages as "reduced fat" - sigh.

Another example here in london we have millions of fried chicken shops, consisting of fried chicken with batter and french fries, this is probably the most insulinogenic meal you could ever have.

Meanwhile ive never seen a shop selling like, pork belly with fatty sauce and salad.
