Resistant starch is no-go for me, just based on the digestible portion. If I'm going to be careful with onions and tomatoes in order to maintain ketosis, I'm not going to be wasting my net carb budget on refined, otherwise nutrient-free raw potato starch.
If I felt better with fiber, I'd probably continue taking it. If I felt better without, same thing.
