This case study was presented at the big ASCO conference that ended today in Chicago. But wait..there's more There was also a series of three case studies with Lymphoma. [EDIT, Sorry RawNut I didn't see until opening the whole forum that you had a separate post for the Lymphoma cases]

Two Ketogenic case studies at ASCO is a "big deal" Both summarized here by Dr Tan, a good blog to follow if cancer is an interest*:

Add these two to three previously published case studies, one on Triple Negative Breast Cancer, and a patient can, at minimum, ask their doctor to consider adding at least some parts of the protocols used. It will be a long road to get a study funded that that prescribes a Diet with no potential for profit, in the meantime, published case studies are a first step.

Case Studies, new GBM: https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/29651419,
Triple negative breast cancer, https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC5589510/,
Rectal cancer, https://www.sciforschenonline.org/j...JCRMM-2-120.php

And remember, if your oncologist says diet doesn't matter to cancer progression, that is a green light to eat whatever you want.

* also if facing cancer, new to the journey, her "Open Letter to Patients" is a good start/overview of steps to consider in simple terms.
