As I wait in the doctor office the only advise I can give that works for me is find an activity you enjoy (maybe 2 if u have seasons) and do a lot of it. Then if u need to improve your performance at these, exercise can take on meaning, have purpose and joy.
Excersize for excersize sake is a dead end for me. Some can do it. Some can't.
