Major Set Back . Broken Ankle.
was going 4 weeks straight into my steady cardio , go figure i was out hiking
when i broke my ankle. maybe with all my weight loss i was feeling a little too nimble . lol. anyways , does anyone have any suggestions on any cardio exercises for me. either via personal experience or ideas will be great. this really hurts me mentally . im just gonna keep my head up . thanks guys and girls .
