I don't know the name of my diet. Pretty much just stopped eating and drinking stuff that has no nutritional value.

I love meat, so I guess it is high protein.

Trying to give up breads and pastas I don't need. So I guess it is low carb.

No extra fats, because they aren't needed. So it is not Atkins.

Plenty of fruits and veggies, cause there isn't much else left to chose from.
