oh...I hav'nt been good... not good atall... had this dreadful cold which lasted a whopping 3 weeks....... Induction went through the window from time to time.. as I had to have soup and juice.. dont want to weigh myself

But I am back on track. Will update you girls soon.
I am glad you lot are loosing weight. I hope to be back on the league again soon.
