Hi Buddies,
1/2lb down this week. A bit disappointing but it's still downwards.
Been to the Gym once this week...did a step class, 10 mins on the bike, 10 mins on the treadmill and 6 lengths of the pool.
20 mins on the treadmill tonight
Going again to the gym on Friday morning.
If I don't lose more than 1/2lb this week, I'll be gutted.
How is everyone doing ???
