Yes, it's a granular spooning sweeter called Truvia, and yes it has erythritol. It's 99g per 100, carbs, all of which are "polyols".
I've low car bed before, and did paleo successfully for 3 or 4 years, not gaining a pound, so I used to bake breads and cookies using honey or maple, or dates as sweeteners, however, since last March I took on the role of full time carer for my mum, which took me away from my own kitchen, my man, my pup, and into a lonely life surrounded by biscuits, cake, pastry, you name it.....2 stone later, I'm trying to get a grip again, and lose the comfort eating! Easier said than done at frustrating times! So sometimes I just want a something!
