I find that the higher the fat content of a meal, the less hunger I have. When I'm in ketosis, I have no hunger. In the morning I have my coffee, sometimes with HWC, sometimes not. When I get hungry, I have a HF LC meal. Nothing fancy, usually just protein and fat with limited or no veg. That holds me until much later in the day. If I'm fasting, I'll just have broth and water until the next day's coffee. Otherwise I'll have a small meal late in the day.
In ketosis (for me) it's all between the ears.
