Just stumbled across your post!! congrats on your loss!! I too am new to Atkins, this week is my 6th week. Wed marked 6 weeks and 23 lbs gone!! It feels great! I too think the first month was very hard, but hey we got through it, so we know we can do it!!!

I agree with the post above about starting a journal, I really enjoy seeing it in "black and white" so to speak.
