Rice? One doesn't hear of rice allergies very often.

I haven't had any allergy testing done but do know that in some (so far) undefinable way I feel much much better after discontinuing refined sugars & wheats. Big change in my mental attitude. More buoyant both physically and mentally. Love that side effect of this WOE!
