Mg availability in ionized Mg water
Hi everyone,
I've been drinking the AFIB ionized magnesium water recipe, but I wonder about the bioavailability of the Mg. from Milk of Magnesia, even when the recipe explains the chemistry.
Do any of the scientifically-minded members have an opinion on this matter? |
