I've been doing a bit of carb up and down for a short time now. What I experienced is that maybe the 1st couple of carb ups there were some cravings, but I rode them out. What I am finding now is that I seem to be going between carb up and carb down more effortlessly & without cravings. If I did get cravings they would happen with carb up, not the carb down though.

Mind you I'm still rather new to this, but so far this is what I've noticed.
