I had a roommate with 2 horses and a darling pony she had to separate and feed diet hay. The pony would cry in the afternoons so I would bring it a treat. One day my roommate thinking out loud "all the carrots are gone and the pony hasn't lost any weight." I kept waiting for her to look at me but she knew I was scared to death of horses (but not ponies).
