I also threw out my ACV capsules. Sigh. I have a bit left in my bottle of Bragg which I use to make the salad dressing. Obviously the amount I get in that doesn't give me the MetEffect. I was trying to figure out a way to get more into my system. Maybe oil into my stomach first and then sip ACV water.
