I'm in Fung's corner here. He can be abrasive and sometimes arrogant in delivering the message. Yet, his approach works and has helped so many. I put Dr. Sarah Hallberg in that same value category. We need more physicians adopting the Fung, Westman, Hallberg approach to medicine.

Thanks for the book review, Debbie. We all react to fasting in different ways, so while it's fine to experiment with IF, and many should seek to determine whether this adds value to a WOE, it's hardly the same experience for everyone. Having a plan before beginning IF is recommended.
