No, like you I prefer no distraction when out walking. I listened to the folk podcast at home while puttering about in the kitchen

I've resigned myself to doing mostly indoor walking for the next while, thanks to the early arrival of tree pollen allergy season. Thankfully I'm stocked up on antihistamines and decongestants .. shelves are bare at my local Shoppers  |
