I made apple cake in a bunt pan--kids eating it but NOT ME. The effects of LC are just amazing. Im vowing not to fall off either!!! we are in this together.
Remember you can call a day or event IN ADVANCE and still count. For ME , THAT one taste is the kiss of death.
I feel like my food options are more advanced so a non-lc is off limits. Once I taste the danger, getting back to lc is a long term struggle. |
