that looks delish, Mary. I'd have it for RM because of the coconut and berries. Does look good!

Tonight's RM cleaned out the rest of the fridge. We had tuna sandwiches with salad and slaw. I had cucumber and onion on mine- I sliced a half of a seedless cucumber into long slices and had that on my sandwich. DH put his onto a huge salad with cottage cheese, parm, corn, and pasta too.

Tomorrow I'm going out to dinner with 3 girlfriends- I say yes to this a couple of times a year. Another group invited me to have pizza for lunch on Thursday- I said no to the pizza but yes to seeing them.

Wednesday RM (planned) will be salad, slaw, grilled beef sausage, bread for my carb.
