Suemi, great job so far! Don't let the scale fluctuations get to you, just stick to your eating plan. (This is something I tell myself every day. And of course it's far easier to do on days the scale is down.) I've only just now met my goal from 5 pound challenge #303. I was 158.2 on August 9. My biggest day-to-day gain was 1.8 pounds; my biggest day-to-day loss was 1 pound.
