Quick question
I am planning on making a meat chili in my croc pot today and since starting zero carbs, adding crushed tomatoes would not be a good idea right? I did a search here AND online and can't seem to find an only meat recipe. ..
I was thinking instead of the tomatoes (for the liquid ) to use chicken stock (I'm baking chicken in the dutch oven today as well) and just then add my seasoning. For more flavor was going to pour in the bacon fat (baking bacon in the bottom half of the oven as well)?
