Hello who fan I understand this is an old post but I was curious what your friend decided on diet wise and also how is he./she doing? I'm a 40 year old male who has two stents I had success with atkins in the past but have been struggling as of late. I'm back on the wagon for about 2 weeks and have had some chest pain.
