Hi all -
I've been here and on plan..April was my re-composition month I'm guessing. Left for conference on the 26th and returned the 3rd. Never waivered off plan the whole week. Very good this week as well. Here's to all our successes!!
April 24 - May 3 - jumped all over..at least on the days I could weigh
May 4 - 211.2 (guess this is from traveling)
May 5 - 210.8

Jan high - 226.6
Jan low - 223.0 (Jan total - 3.6)
(started meat & eggs [0 to <5 carbs] 1/26 at 225)
added some veggies beginning April 7..will go back to M&E May 3rd
