Back from a two week vacation in Miami and the Caribbean. Dreamy, warm, sunny, swimming pool, gorgeous hotel. Stayed low carb the whole time! Weighed in daily. Came home weight-stable!!!! A success, a giant, humongous, massive success, even if the numbers this month are all about the same, given the context it's a great accomplishment.
