Keeping goal at anything 149 for this week

Mon 8/12 - 152.6 - time to get some exercise, last week was a bust. 2 months away from my 1/2 marathon, gotta train better. Dinner at Zazios, oh so good!
Tues 8/13- ? - just couldn't face the scale this morning!
Wed 8/14- ? - still couldn't face the scale, gotta get back after it!
Thur 8/15- 152.8 - thought it would be much higher, had a few days of eating way too much! 10 each pu, su, sq
Fri 8/16- 151.8 - 15 each pu, su, sq, plan run 3-4 miles
Sat 8/17- ?plan to go paddle boarding and kayaking with a couple friends, can't wait!- had a great time paddle boarding, but ate too much
Sun 8/18- plan 7 miles, even if I have to crawl them, haha! Movie time and bonding with the treadmill, haha!- didn't happen, walked 2 miles with the dog, then nothing later, had to go to the camper.

Average 152.8 - didn't make goal
