Ok, I was off for a month, need to get back on track with eating and exercise. Two major goals! Back in the 130s and run my 1/2 marathon under 2:30, Get on running schedule, run every other day.
Mon 7/22 - 153.8 -no ex - tired from last night, lazy
Tues 7/23 - 153 - no ex - dinner at Beer Exchange, but night
Wed 7/24 - 154.2 - yikes! ate too much last night, run/walk 2 miles today
Thur 7/25 - 152.8 - lowest this week! - want to run/walk 3 tonight
Fri 7/26 -
Sat 7/27 -
