Back to CAD after 3 days off, and gained 2.4#, ugh!
Also trying to incorporate 80 bites so I don't get too crazy!
This week goal, 10 miles and one tough gym workout w/ trainer Ryan
Monday 6/10/13 (154.6)- no workout today, just getting back on plan
Tues 6/11 (152.6)- plan workout at home, took Dylan for a walk around the lake, nice evening. Probably 2 miles
Wed 6/12(152.8)-nada
Thur 6/13(152.6)-probably nothing
Fri 6/14 () -workout w/ Ryan a.m. then maybe run/walk at home while watch movie & wait for Ben
Sat 6/15 () -
