Hi Ferry Girl--I can relate to what you are saying. I have gained about 8 pounds over the winter, and can't bring myself to post my true weight over on the maintenance thread because I feel like a train wreck. However, I like what Nancy said "visualize what happens if the wagon goes over the cliff."

For me it's a sugar problem. I'm not tempted by grains of any kind. I managed to maintain for months while eating lot of potato and blueberry carbs. But once I added sugar back into my diet, it's been all downhill (wagons pick up speed downhill!).

I also like what Aramaya said "it happens to nearly everyone." So I would like to pull myself up by the bootstraps, again, and keep trying.
