Oh, yes, I find it harder to stay LC in colder weather. Especially without heat in the house. Some people might think that 18C is not cold. But, if it's 18 inside and damp, and you're just wanting to read a book or relax, it feels *cold*.
Other suggestions - substituting daikon radsih or cauliflower fro dishes where you would use potatoes. This winter I'm also planning to increase my fats when I feel like I want something carby.
